- Isn't this morbid?
- It's the opposite of fear. Horace's line was never "you'll die", it was "seize the day". The number is there so the day gets spent on purpose. Choose the lifespan you like: it's a budget, not a prediction.
- Where does my birthday go?
- The free number on this page is calculated in your browser and stays on your device. When you buy, your wallpaper settings (birthday, lifespan, style and focus) are kept with your license, so you can change them from anywhere and every wallpaper you run follows. Write to [email protected] and we'll delete them.
- Which computers?
- Mac and Windows. It runs through a small free app from the official store: Plash on Mac, Lively on Windows. Setup is about a minute, and the page walks you through it. There's no phone version: it's built for the screen you work at.
- How do I change my focus?
- Go to daysunspent.com/focus, type the new one and press Enter. Your wallpaper changes within a second. Setup also gives you a one-click focus button for your Dock or taskbar, and your birthday, lifespan and style can be changed in the same place.
- Can I give it as a gift?
- Yes. Choose "Give it as a gift" and pay as usual. You'll get a link to send with a short note. They open it, enter their own birthday, and it's theirs. Their birthday never reaches you.
- Can I buy on my phone?
- Yes. You'll get your license key straight away, then finish setup on your computer at daysunspent.com/setup.
